Job Title: Manager -Channel Partner: Admissions & Outreach Team

Organization: UDIT| Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD)

Number of Position - 1

Base Location: Gurgaon Sector 68, Comfortable with extensive travel and a flexible work schedule.

Working Conditions : Mostly Travel, when in Office: Timings 9.00 am – 6.00 pm (Monday to Saturday). Timings and Days are subject to change depending on the requirement.

Role Overview:

  • The Manager- Channel Partner will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a national network of admission consultants and channel partners for all undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by UDIT | IIAD.
  • This is a strategic leadership role, focused on creating a predictable, scalable, and ethical admissions pipeline through third-party consultants, education

advisors, and institutional partners across India.

  • The role owns channel strategy, partner performance, revenue contribution, and long-term ecosystem development.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

National Channel Strategy

  • Design and implement a pan-India channel partner strategy aligned with UDIT | IIAD’s growth goals
  • Define partner categories, engagement models, and performance benchmarks
  • Ensure consistent representation of UDIT | IIAD across regions

Partner Network Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage:
  • Admission consultants
  • Career guidance firms
  • Independent education advisors
  • Build regional clusters and high-potential partner hubs
  • Establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships

Revenue & Admissions Ownership

  • Drive consistent applications, conversions, and enrollments through channel partners
  • Monitor partner-wise performance and ROI
  • Ensure predictability in admissions contribution from channel networks

Leadership & Team Oversight

  • Mentor and guide Assistant Managers and regional resources handling counsellor outreach
  • Set clear targets, review performance, and enable team success
  • Act as the strategic escalation point for key partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Student Onboarding Team
  • Outreach & Innovation teams
  • Academic and marketing teams
  • Align messaging, timelines, and admission processes across all stakeholders

Governance & Reporting

  • Establish SOPs, compliance guidelines, and ethical frameworks for partners
  • Maintain structured reporting on:
  • Applications
  • Admissions
  • Revenue contribution
  • Present periodic reviews to leadership

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of active admission consultants onboarded
  • Geographic spread and partner coverage
  • Applications and admissions generated via channels
  • Conversion ratios and quality of intake
  • Revenue contribution from channel partnerships
  • Partner retention and satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in building and managing pan-India partner networks

Strong understanding of:

  • Admissions cycles
  • Counselling ecosystems
  • Commercial models with consultants
  • Prior leadership or team-handling experience preferred
  • Strong enthusiasm for education, creativity, and student development.

Salary :

(40-70k/month)Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications.
