- Operation and logistic duties regarding shipments reception of documentation as B/L issuing instructions, VGM’s, SOC Declarations, etc.
- Bill of Lading preparation and its issuance
- Electronic transmission of cargo manifest at JUL platform
- Shipping invoicing
- Documentation archive
PROFILE
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (verbal and written)
- Very good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge/experience in shipping area (preferred)
- High degree qualification (preferred)
