- Coordinate with multiple vendors to fulfill office needs and support events
- Maintain and organize data, reports, and management information systems
- Create reports and dashboards for management analysis
- Arrange domestic and international travel bookings
- Prepare detailed itineraries, hotel reservations, and logistics plans
- Organize office events, meetings, and conferences
- Maintain a reliable network of vendors for events and related services
- Manage calendars, schedules, and coordination tasks
- Provide daily administrative support to leadership and teams
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Extensive experience within the IT sector
- Professional appearance and mature demeanor
- Proven expertise in vendor management, particularly for events and travel
- Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities efficiently
