As we continue to expand our presence in the European market, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers across international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote ZYT’s ADAS products and solutions to OEM and channel clients.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support business strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the automotive, electronics, or telematics industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in German or Chinese is a strong plus.
- Strong business acumen with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
- Familiarity with ADAS systems, fleet management, or vehicle electronics is highly desirable.
