Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Business Operations Specialist to join the Business Operations Business Performance and Integration Team in Everett, WA on First Shift.
The selected candidate will partner directly with BCA Senior Leaders to assist in driving high-impact strategic initiatives, streamline decision-making, and enable the leadership team to operate at maximum effectiveness. Position Responsibilities:
- Operating rhythm management and integration: Design and manage the operating rhythm to support business needs and priorities, which includes meeting cadence, look-ahead, reporting cycles, event engagement and communication channels.
- Data analysis and insights: Provide timely data analysis and business insights to support the organization's decision-making processes.
- Business performance oversight: Establish metrics requirements, track performance to plan, and provide regular updates on the status, trends, risks, and opportunities to the organization's leaders.
- Integration and collaboration: Ensure integration across programs/functions and the enterprise on management system and integration requirements and key initiatives.
- Content and data standards: Establish content, data, on-boarding and presentation standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of information across the organization.
- Decision support: Support the organization's decision-making processes by providing the necessary data, analysis, strategic thinking, and tools.
- Project management: Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects to deliver defined scope, on time, and within budget while meeting quality and stakeholder expectations.
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience collaborating across multiple functions
- Experience gathering and analyzing data
- Ability to articulate and appreciate linking the lifecycle of the business across all functions and time horizons
- Embraces speed and agility to drive innovation and results
- Ability to create an environment of inclusion, transparency and trust
- Proven ability to execute commitments

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
(Level: 3) $95,700 - $111,860
(Level: 4) $118,320 - $140,060
