岗位职责:

  • 1、负责投诉案件处理，与客户沟通并安抚，妥善处理案件，监管转办案件处理，办结行文报告；
  • 2、执行并落实总部制定的投诉相关制度，整理流程和规则建议，推动服务体检不断完善；
  • 3、定期对分公司投诉件进行根因分析和数据分析，撰写咨诉周报、月报及内部投诉专项报告；
  • 4、领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求:

  • 1、医学、保险、法律、金融等相关专业优先；
  • 2、1年以上医疗工作经验、或理赔客服工作经验优先；
  • 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力，工作认真细致，有一定的抗压能力，有良好的职业操守。
