We are Blue Billywig, an international software company with Dutch roots and now almost 20 years the specialist in online video solutions. From our offices in Hilversum and Stockholm, we help organizations worldwide strengthen their video strategy, with both editorial and commercial solutions.


Our all-in-one video platform offers everything from video management, OTT, live streaming, and advanced advertising solutions. Large sports clubs, media companies, brands, and government organizations rely on our platform daily to strengthen their video strategy. Great names like Ahold Delhaize, Ajax, KLM, and all regional broadcasters have been our customers for a long time.


We have grown rapidly in recent years, but our ambitions go further. That is why we are looking for you as a Technical Success Manager to guide our customers toward successful implementation and optimal use of our platform.


Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, translating complex client business needs into scalable technical configurations.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid "time-to-value."
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges involving video players, API integrations, and third-party (ad) vendors.
  • Partner with the Nordics Business Development Manager to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process and assist with complex platform migrations.
  • Drive product adoption by identifying underutilized features and advising clients on how to optimize their video and content architecture.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay regional market feedback, second line support, and help prioritize the local product roadmap.
  • Proactively monitor account performance, identifying technical bottlenecks and implementing best practices to ensure long-term platform stability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS and video advertising to act as a subject matter expert for our Nordic partners.


What we're looking for


  • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS operations, digital account management, or digital advertising.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is a strong plus given our Stockholm base.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical troubleshooting and operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of the digital video landscape, with an understanding of how publishers manage content and revenue (e.g., instream/outstream).
  • Familiarity with the SaaS ecosystem and ad tech vendors; knowledge of Google Ad Manager or similar CMS/Video platforms is beneficial.
  • Passionate about video technology and the evolution of digital media.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced software environment, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving product features.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Suite and Google products.
  • Willingness to travel abroad (within Europe) when necessary for client or team collaboration.
