Investment Banking VP / Director

Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking to hire a VP / Director to join its Investment Banking team in Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of investment banking transactions across the Nordic region.
• Manage transaction processes, financial analysis, and client communications.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support senior client relationships and business development efforts.
• Coordinate due diligence and external advisors.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 7-15 years’ experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Strong transaction execution experience across M&A, ECM, or financing transactions.
• Nordics coverage experience preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and junior staff.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong academic background.
• Fluency in English required.
