What You’ll Be Doing
- You will develop strong and trusting relationships with senior clients and suppliers and IMA to achieve consistent quality standards.
- You will establish clear and consistent communication channels across the client and agency to promote a collaborative work ethic.
- You will apply strong negotiation skills where necessary to achieve positive outcomes for all parties.
- You will understand client objectives and challenges while developing market insight to support the planning and creative process.
- You will be responsible for the successful interpretation of client briefs into great creative and successfully present the output for senior sign off.
- You will obtain full knowledge of the financial health of each client to ensure commercial targets are tracked and achieved.
- You will mentor junior members of the Client Services team and set appropriate workloads in support of specific projects.
- You have sound agency work experience in line with the requirements of this role.
- You possess experience in managing corporate clients and delivering high profile campaigns.
- You have strategic experience from either the client side or on previous accounts.
- You are a competent and experienced marketer with excellent communication skills.
- You possess strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
