This is a full-time on-site position for a Retired role at Bàsquet Girona, located in Sant Celoni. Responsibilities include contributing to the team’s development, mentoring younger athletes, participating in community engagement events, and providing valuable insights during team meetings and strategy sessions. The role also involves supporting coaching staff and fostering a positive team environment.

• Extensive experience in professional basketball, including game strategy, team dynamics, and sportsmanship.
• Leadership and mentorship skills to guide and inspire younger team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with team members and coaching staff.
• Commitment to representing the organization positively during public and community events.
• Physical fitness and understanding of training and recovery fundamentals in basketball are beneficial.
• Knowledge of the history and culture of basketball in the region is a plus.
• Ability to adapt and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
