Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing strategies for real estate projects, with a strong focus on brand building, lead generation and campaign efficiency. The role requires cross-functional coordination, data-driven decision-making and consistent optimization of marketing performance across digital and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for project launches
  • Define target audience personas and media mix aligned to business goals

Campaign Execution

  • Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and on-ground channels
  • Oversee marketing collaterals, social media and launch readiness

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance across funnel stages
  • Share actionable weekly/monthly reports with stakeholders

Budget & ROI Management

  • Plan and manage budgets across channels
  • Optimize spends to maximize efficiency and ROI

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Drive reviews and maintain clear documentation (MOMs)

Brand & Communication

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touch points
  • Lead content strategy across digital, print and experiential platforms

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to RERA, TRAI and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain accuracy and quality across all communications

Innovation & Market Intelligence

  • Track trends, competitor activity and emerging platforms
  • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing (real estate preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, ATL/BTL and lead generation ecosystems
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution and performance analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Education – Bachelors in business administration, finance or relevant field; MBA (Preferred) in Marketing / Business / Related field
