Senior Product Manager – Memory Test Division

Role Overview

The Technical Segment Product Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for independently owning multiple related products or major technology areas within the Memory Test Division, with a focus on driving growth of Teradyne’s memory test business in Korea. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business judgment to drive product strategy, execution, and customer success.

The role is expected to operate with a very high degree of autonomy, influence cross-functional direction, and contribute significantly to mid-term segment strategy while continuing to directly own execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary technical interface for key customers, supporting design-in activities, roadmap discussions, and long-term engagement strategies.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical marketing collateral, sales tools, and executive-level presentations.
  • Lead market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, investment priorities, and differentiation across assigned product areas.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Applications, Engineering, Marketing to align priorities and drive execution across products.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less-senior Sales, Applications and Product Managers, sharing best practices and strategic context, without direct people management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely related technical field.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, applications engineering, product engineering, test engineering, or related semiconductor roles.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor memory technologies, customer requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and customer value.
  • Proven customer‑facing experience with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English, with the ability to operate effectively in global and regional business environments.
  • Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.
  • Experience with memory ATE, test solutions, or complex semiconductor systems preferred.
  • Location: Seoul, South Korea.
  • Domestic and international travel expected.
