We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Amazon agency. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the Amazon US ecosystem, along with the ability to build scalable processes, manage cross-functional collaboration, and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Workflow Management

  • Manage and lead daily agency operations and ensure timely execution across teams.

  • Coordinate effectively with account managers, designers, and supply chain teams.

  • Create, maintain, and improve SOPs to ensure operational consistency and accountability.


Process Optimization

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

  • Manage project tracking systems using tool such as Trello.

  • Build scalable operational frameworks to support agency growth and client onboarding.


Amazon Operations Management

  • Handle operational escalations related to Seller Central.

  • Oversee catalog management, flat file uploads, variation management, and case handling.

  • Support operational alignment with inventory management, FBA processes, and listing performance.

  • Assisted with Amazon PPC campaigns, keyword research, and ad performance monitoring to improve visibility and sales.


Performance & Quality Control

  • Track operational KPIs, turnaround times, and team deliverables.

  • Conduct regular audits for all the teams and processes.

  • Provide operational insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of operations management experience within an Amazon agency, aggregator, or e-commerce business.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon US operations, compliance requirements, and backend processes.

  • Hands-on experience with project management and workflow tools.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage remote operational processes effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
