- Maintain and modify the ECE database on an ongoing basis.
- Monitors staff performance by ensuring that HS/EHS/KDHE requirements are completed in accordance with agency policies. This will require traveling to sites to monitor files.
- Review classroom video footage for compliance.
- Translate user needs into technical solutions within the database
- Troubleshoot database system issues with the appropriate technical support staff
- Provides input with regards to software and hardware needs and purchases.
- Collaborates with Training and Development Manager with regards to developing, planning, scheduling, and ensuring attendance of staff data entry training.
- Ensure all staff understand the purpose, the performance standard/regulation, the reasoning, the use, and the importance of the data being entered.
- Demonstrates positive approaches to operational challenges, incorporating data, best practices, and staff input toward solutions; fosters purposeful relationships with external stakeholders and internal content teams to ensure program sustainability
- Actively promotes and encourages the organization's data capacity and transparency; able to articulate to staff the "why" behind collecting data and explain how that data is used
- Be responsive to all user questions, issues and requests. Provides technical support that ensures efficient operation and maintenance of ECE software.
- Assesses and shares information with program managers regarding efficiency and productivity of staff.
- Assists Service Area Managers with regular creation, review, and maintenance of quality user documentation, aids, and training curriculum
- Position may require assisting in classrooms to ensure adequate coverage and support
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Computer Science or Early Care and Education related field required and/or experience, specialized training or certification
- Requires one to three years of related experience.
- Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
- Previous experience using GoEngage software or other database experience is ideal.
- Experience documenting computer/process manuals and workflows preferred
- Experience with basic statistics and data visualization

Must be able to commute daily to Wichita, KS. This is not a remote position.
