Requirements
- 5–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in real estate finance transactions
- Experience with joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and general commercial real estate transactions
- Familiarity with land use and development matters is a plus
- Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
