Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle in-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced, international environment
• Hands-on experience hiring business and corporate roles across different seniority levels and functions (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, Commercial)
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships
• Agile and resilient, comfortable adapting to changing priorities and evolving business needs
• Confident using data and recruitment metrics to drive informed hiring decisions
• Fluent English, strong communications skills
• Able to work remotely from Ukraine
