In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to investors, developers, architects, designers, and engineering firms — ensuring GROHE is the preferred choice for high‑quality project solutions.
Your Mission
You will be the face of GROHE in the project market — building trust, spotting opportunities, and driving sustainable growth across your region.
You Will
- Identify and convert new project opportunities by building strong relationships with project installers, distributor partners, and key decision‑makers.
- Execute the regional sales strategy across private and public sectors: residential housing, social housing, student housing, elderly care, hospitality, hospitals, real estate, and institutional/public projects.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts, maintaining agreements and securing large‑scale project wins.
- Drive new business development with high‑potential customers such as residential investors, social housing companies, hotel owners, and construction consultants.
- Promote and activate new GROHE innovations in the project market, including Grohe Spa Aqua, Panels, Tiles, Grohe foamshower, Cubeo, matte & phantom black finishes, and the new Rapis SL push plates and shower frame.
- Translate your pipeline into results using CRM, ensuring strong forecasting, margin delivery, and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with project teams, technical support, customer service, and colleagues across the business.
- Represent GROHE at events and trade fairs, strengthening our visibility and influence in the Belgian project market.
You Bring
- Strong project sales experience — ideally within construction, building materials sanitaryware, or a related technical sector. You understand long sales cycles, specification work, and multi‑stakeholder decision processes.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, influence key players, and close project‑driven deals.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.
- A natural ability to build relationships with investors, developers, architects, designers, and engineering firms.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach — you take ownership of your region and enjoy working with autonomy.
- A flexible work style suited to the pace and demands of project‑based sales.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
