We empower companies and people, unleashing the value of data in organizations. We are looking for a TPM who wants to lead high-impact technological projects!
Requirements
- Advanced English (B2+ or C1 level) is indispensable, with the ability to maintain technical and business conversations.
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading technological projects, preferably in consulting or IT services.
- Previous experience in a technical role, ideally as a BI Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Business Analyst.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge in Business Intelligence (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau), Data Analytics and Data Science, Cloud services (Azure), Administrative management in Azure DevOps (backlog, sprints, user stories, etc.).
- Strong leadership with the ability to direct and motivate multifunctional teams towards common objectives.
- Dominance in risk management and crisis resolution in projects.
- Practical experience in agile methodologies (SCRUM), with certifications preferred (Scrum Master desirable).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and executive profiles (including C-Level).
- Proven ability to translate commercial needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
- Advanced analytical skills and proactive approach to risk management and project control.
