- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
Experience working with vendor solutions for tokenization or payment security is preferred.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a project assigned, from planning and design to execution, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate with IT, Security and Business Users to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure the solution aligns with regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
- Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution.
- Oversee testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure smooth integration with all impacted systems.
- Manage change‑management activities, including communication, training, and updates to operational procedures.
- Ensure minimal disruption to customer and agent servicing throughout implementation.
- Delivery of project milestones according to the approved timeline, with minimal delays.
- Implementation with no major defects or critical issues during testing and post‑deployment.
- Budget adherence, ensuring the project remains within approved financial limits.
