Manager, Digital & Brand Strategy (Suria FM)

Are you a creative visionary with a pulse on digital trends and a passion for the media industry? Suria FM is looking for a dynamic Manager, Digital & Brand to redefine our digital landscape and strengthen our brand identity. You will lead the charge in driving audience engagement and innovative marketing strategies for one of Malaysia’s most beloved radio stations.

In this strategic leadership role, you will own the digital and brand roadmap, steering both the Digital and Marketing Units to success. You’ll bridge the gap between creative storytelling and commercial growth, ensuring Suria FM remains a household name across all platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Propose and execute the digital roadmap while leading a multi-disciplinary team across digital, marketing, and events.
• Strengthen Suria FM’s presence through impactful annual marketing calendars and consistent brand ownership and positioning.
• Strategize and oversee content across social media, apps, and emerging channels to grow reach and relevance.
• Partner with the sales team to develop integrated, client-focused campaigns that drive revenue without compromising brand integrity.
• Use audience insights and digital metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI on all marketing spend.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A Degree in a related field.
• 8 - 10 years of working experience, specifically within the Media, Branding, Digital, or Content industries.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory to resonate with our core audience.
• Proven track record in managing multiple teams and influencing stakeholders at a management level.
