As we continue to expand in Malaysia and beyond, we are looking for a Brand Partnership Manager who can elevate Bjak’s brand presence through strategic collaborations and high-impact partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy aligned with Bjak’s business and marketing objectives.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential partners — including brands, influencers, communities, and organizations — to expand Bjak’s reach and credibility.
- Initiate and lead partnership discussions, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and structure impactful collaborations.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, compliance standards, and marketing goals.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, design, sales) to integrate partnerships into broader go-to-market and branding strategies.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop co-branded content, promotional assets, and collaborative activation materials.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners to drive sustained engagement.
- Represent Bjak at events, networking sessions, and partnership meetings to increase brand visibility and unlock new opportunities.
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of partnership activities using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify new opportunities.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of partnership planning, influencer collaborations, and co-marketing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating multi-party campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
