Talent Operations Partner

Savvy is looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to help keep their hiring engine running smoothly as they scale. The role involves owning interview coordination, ATS management, scheduling logistics, reporting, and process improvement across GTM & EPD.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent operations, or a similar operational role
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
• Deep expertise ideally in Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Experience managing complex scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and operating with a high level of ownership
• Experience working with spreadsheets and reporting tools such as Google Sheets or Excel
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and operational efficiency
