Paddle is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Checkout experience, the most strategically critical product surface at the company. The successful candidate will own the Checkout product end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, performance, and commercial outcomes. They will work closely with the engineering team, product designer, and other stakeholders to ship fast, instrument well, and iterate based on real customer signal.
Requirements
- Owning a high-stakes, high-complexity product end-to-end with clear, measurable business impact
- Specific, hands-on experience with payments, checkout, or comparable consumer-facing fintech experiences at scale
- Technical credibility, including understanding auth rates, 3DS, SCA, PSP economics, fraud trade-offs, etc.
- Data-fluency and metrics-led approach to decision-making
- Experience with AI tooling and its application in product development and delivery
