Management Resources Talent Director

About the Role

The Management Resources Talent Director must have the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level and executive management professionals in the market seeking consulting opportunities.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance degree
• MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
• Other professional desired designations – CIA, CMA, CISA
• Minimum of five years professional accounting experience; a combination of public accounting and private industry preferred
• Ability to define and discuss project requirements with senior-level executives in addition to interim staffing
• Mid/large company previous financial/accounting experience
• Look for career progression in finance and accounting responsibility

Pay range and compensation package

Base salary plus commission
