Going where no tech has gone before... into the wild

Natlink's purpose is to save and protect people and wildlife. We build a Response & Coordination platform with three product lines: WeHunt — Europe's largest digital hunting platform, used by hundreds of thousands of hunters to plan, track, and coordinate wildlife management activities. Our hardware brands Tracker (GPS tracking devices) and Burrel (trail cameras) complement the platform with devices built for serious hunters and wildlife professionals. A Search & Rescue platform for coordinating mountain, forest, and ground rescue operations. And HeartRunner — an emergency response platform that activates citizen volunteers for CPR, fire, drowning, and overdose events.

Our mission is to make complex or time-critical events easy, secure, and meaningful to respond to and coordinate. We're a team of close to 100 people across Stockholm, Katrineholm, Oulu and Aurskog, with a steady yet growing presence across the Nordics, and with an ambition to enter into new European markets.

PRODUCT MANAGER – WEHUNT HUNTING PLATFORM

About the job

We're hiring a Product Manager to own product development within our WeHunt platform – specifically the experiences around hunt planning and reporting. WeHunt is Natlink's largest and most established product, used by hundreds of thousands of hunters across multiple European markets. Your work will sit alongside other WeHunt value streams like dog tracking, wildlife population monitoring and wildlife traffic accident response, among others.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to turn user needs into products that hundreds of thousands of people rely on – sometimes daily, sometimes when minutes or even seconds matter.

This role comes with real ownership. You will define what to build and why, make prioritization calls, and be accountable for outcomes. You’ll work mainly with B2C users, but to some extent also B2G/B2B customers like police, municipalities, and hunting associations – which means balancing end-user experience with institutional requirements.

AI is changing how products get built and how fast teams can move. We expect you to use it actively – in research, prototyping, writing specs, and shipping.

What You’ll Do

● Own hunt planning and reporting end-to-end: from discovery and prioritization through delivery and iteration.

● Translate user insights, data, and business context into clear product decisions.

● Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders to ship products that work.

● Define and track success metrics. Know when to double down and when to cut.

● Use AI tools and workflows as a natural part of how you research, make decisions, prototype, build and ship.

● Work alongside the adjacent WeHunt value streams to make sure the hunter's experience across the app holds together as one product.

Who You Are

Required:

● 4+ years of product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated scope of impact. You've shipped products real users depend on, and you can talk concretely about the outcomes.

● Fluent with data. You define your own metrics, run your own analyses, and use them to make decisions rather than to justify them after the fact.

● Comfortable making calls with imperfect information.

● Strong communicator who aligns teams through clarity, not authority.

● You actively use AI across your workflow and can show concrete examples.

● Fluent in English.

Bonus:

● Hunting experience

● Background in outdoor, wildlife, or adjacent consumer products, or experience in regulated or B2G contexts.

● Conversational Swedish, Finnish, or French.

● Experience with mobile apps or hardware-integrated platforms (IoT, GPS, cameras).

● Technical enough to engage credibly with engineers on trade-offs.

● Experience shipping across multiple markets with different regulatory and cultural contexts.

What We Offer

● A hybrid role based in Stockholm with flexibility for remote days.

● Products with real-world stakes – our platforms contribute to wildlife conservation, hunting safety with a vision of zero accidents, and emergency response where faster coordination saves lives. The outcomes truly matter.

● Ownership over products used by hundreds of thousands of people across Europe, with expansion into new markets underway.

● A small, focused product team where your work has direct and visible impact.

● The chance to shape how we build products in an era where the playbook is being rewritten.
