The Recruiter will be responsible for owning the hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination. The role requires building strong candidate pipelines, engaging and evaluating top talent, and managing hiring workflows. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to ensure hiring processes move quickly while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards, and Boolean sourcing
- Outbound recruiting and hands-on experience using ATS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
