Description:

Our client is seeking a Project Support Associate to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Accurately enter and maintain new product inventory within company systems.
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to help ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Review and verify vendor order acknowledgments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to vendor orders in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
  • Assist in resolving customer warranty issues, delivering solutions that support customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and generate client proposals with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage calendars and assist with scheduling to support team efficiency and coordination.
  • Enter, track, and monitor customer orders from placement through completion.
  • Conduct proactive follow-up with clients after order fulfillment to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
  • Monitor office and operational supplies, ensuring timely restocking to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Greet and assist incoming guests, providing a welcoming and professional front-office experience.
  • Gather and document information on potential clients to support business development efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet tools with the ability to accurately input, analyze, and manage data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in vendor and client-facing interactions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
