Overview
We are partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed technology company at the forefront of AI innovation. They are looking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to support both the Co-CEO and CEO in New York. This is a critical, high-impact role for someone who operates at pace, brings structure to complexity, and acts as a true extension of senior leadership.
The Position
This position sits at the centre of the leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while enabling the CEOs to focus on strategic priorities. You will be working in a fast-moving, high-performance environment where priorities shift quickly, and discretion is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide high-level, proactive support to the Co-CEO and CEO
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board and investor interactions
Operations & Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination across leadership, teams, and external stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and follow-ups for key meetings
- Track priorities and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams
Travel & Logistics
- Manage detailed international travel arrangements, itineraries, and last-minute changes
- Ensure seamless execution of all logistics with a high attention to detail
Communication
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEOs
- Act as a gatekeeper while maintaining a professional and approachable presence
Project Support
- Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required
- Bring structure, organisation, and follow-through to high-priority tasks
Profile
- 8+ years’ experience supporting senior executives (CEO / Founder / C-suite level)
- Experience in fast-paced environments (technology, startups, finance, or similar)
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong judgement and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and able to anticipate needs ahead of time
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, dynamic environment
