Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Manage communication between teams and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
- Organize and maintain project documentation and reports for easy access.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups for project teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management as needed.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation for various projects.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist in project planning.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
