My client focuses on Home Health Care on the South West and South East Coast of Florida.

The role:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives across Region 9
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie, and Indian River County
  • Drive Medicare and Home Health admissions growth throughout the territory
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and admissions activity
  • Coach and develop Sales Representatives to maximize referral generation and territory growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, SNFs, and community partners


Required competencies:

  • Previous leadership experience within Home Health or Home Care business development
  • Proven track record of managing and developing successful sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of the South East Florida healthcare market
  • Existing book of business/network within Region 9 preferred would be beneficial
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Empathy and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Ability to work towards targets and hold teams accountable
