The Role

• Develop and maintain software, ensuring smooth operation in a cloud environment.
• Implement new features reliably, participating in architectural decisions and driving their execution within cross-functional teams.
• Proactively address issues and collaborate with team members for efficient problem-solving.
• Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and other developers in an interdisciplinary team.
• Engage in structured communication with support colleagues to provide efficient customer assistance.

What You'll Need

• Minimum five years of professional experience with strong skills in Java/SpringBoot and TypeScript.
• Passion for both backend and frontend development and conceptual design.
• Experience with microservice architecture is essential.
• Familiarity with React, Docker, AWS, and SQL/NoSQL is a plus; interest in AI and using AI-powered development tools.
• Experience working in agile environments, particularly with Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level minimum) for team communication.
