Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • You plan and manage development projects and overarching programs while taking the company’s objectives into account
  • You ensure the planned scope of services and deliverables at both project and program level in accordance with contractual customer agreements
  • You bear technical responsibility for the development projects and the technological advancement of the product group of 2D visualization systems (endoscopes, exoscopes, videoscopes)
  • You are responsible for the technical coordination with OEM customers as well as the management of external partners and suppliers within the development process
  • You ensure documentation in accordance with MDR and ISO 13485, including DHF and RMF, and provide support during audits

Your profile

  • You have completed a degree in medical engineering, physics, mechanical engineering, microsystems engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study
  • You already have several years of professional experience as a project manager (m/f/d) in product development projects with strategic relevance for the company
  • You possess solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., IPMA, PMI, or agile approaches)
  • You have experience with regulatory requirements in medical technology (ISO 13485, MDR)
  • Your German and English language skills correspond to CEFR level C1/C2
  • An analytical, pragmatic, structured, and results-oriented way of working, strong decision-making skills, and excellent communication capabilities complete your profile
