Responsibilities
- Leading and guiding the Project Team to achieve successful project completion by collaborating with TEi, its vendors, and its subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
- Compiling and presenting an accurate monthly budget reconciliation to the executive management team
- Ensuring the organization remains aligned with the established baseline schedule
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project objectives
- Delivering regular updates on progress and project status to TEi stakeholders as well as the client
- Acting as the principal liaison between TEi and the customer
- Overseeing the change order process to verify alterations in scope and enhance revenue generation
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering is preferred
- 5 + years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of successful project completion
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera
- Industry experience with focus on Feedwater Heaters, Condensers, Fired heaters, OTSG, and Waste Heat Boilers preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various audiences
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and knowledge of Primavera Scheduling.
Compensation: $115,000 - $170,000 annually DOE
