International consulting group Ekkiden is looking for an experienced Security Lead Consultant to drive collaboration between client stakeholders and delivery teams across multiple security products and services. The role combines Service Delivery Management, DevOps maturity assessment, DORA metrics analysis, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic and international environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Service Delivery Management
- Proven experience managing client communications and escalations
- Solid background in incident management processes
- Expertise in DevOps methodologies and operational best practices
- Strong knowledge of DORA metrics and DevOps performance analysis
- Experience with KPI dashboards and reporting tools
- Experience supporting CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring ecosystems
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in process improvement and automation
- Experience producing operational and BAU documentation
- Fluent English required
