What You Will Experience:
- Covert brand strategies into clear activations plans across segment (HoReCa, Healthcare, Facilities Mgt, Business Owners), Ensuring alignment with brand positioning, value proposition and pricing strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Translate product features into clear functional benefits (Consumption reduction, efficiencies and Sustainability…) Support new launches (Dispensers/Refills) and portfolio story telling, build compelling solution based narratives
- Plan and execute Multi-Segment campaign. Drive Visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, Website and trade platform, Associations events. Ensuring Campaign/events KPIs are met (Awareness, Leads and Conversions)
- Develop sell-in and Sales training material for Sales personal and Distributors. Ensuring strong in-market execution consistency (Placement, messaging and Branding)
- Collect market intelligence, category trends, competitive tracking, and recommend actionable commercial actions
- Sales Team - Coordinate and ensure smooth execution. Develop a tracking and reporting system for weekly and monthly report
- Supply Chain - Ensure product availability. Develop a strong forecast process and monitoring system. Actively participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align forecasts with realistic supply and demand plans
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance/Supply Chain/ Product Development) and external partners(Vendors) to ensure cohesive execution of marketing activities
- Analyze ROI, customer feedback and market response. Continuously optimizing investment for better efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints while optimizing resource utilization. Work closely with Brand Manager to ensure spend approved, recorded on time and accrual in-place before execution
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing/Sales, preferably in B2B
- Experience in campaign execution, brand activation, and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and brand positioning
- Able to translate product features into clear value propositions
- Good analytical skills to monitor performance and optimize campaigns
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proficient in English
