As a Product Manager (AIS Infusion Pumps) with us in B. Braun Indonesia, you will play a vital role in driving the full lifecycle of our Automated Infusion Systems portfolio— from strategic planning and market execution to performance evaluation and continuous optimization. You will support sustainable business growth by tailoring product strategies to local market needs, ensuring strong financial performance, and managing budgets and inventories effectively. In this role, you will also strengthen customer engagement through training, feedback management, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams, while maintaining operational excellence and compliance across all product‑related activities.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle, including planning, implementation, evaluation of strategies, inventory coordination, and effective marketing budget management.
• Drive portfolio performance by adapting product offerings to local market needs and supporting sustainable business growth.
• Manage product complaints in line with company SOPs and ensure timely coordination with internal teams for follow‑through.
• Achieve financial and business targets by meeting sales goals and managing margins, discounts, expenses, and sponsorship activities according to company policies.
• Strengthen customer engagement and operational excellence through relationship management, customer feedback handling, cross‑functional training coordination, regulatory compliance, and effective use of CRM and company tools.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's or Master Degree, Marketing or Business.
• 2 – 5 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry with strong exposure to MNCs.
• Experience with consumables or capital business and working within a competitor company is highly advantageous.
• Preferably 1 – 2 years of experience in leadership / people-management.
• Strong command in English.
• Good in analytical thinking and market healthcare business process.
