The Senior ATL Marketing Manager is responsible for leading integrated brand marketing strategies across Above The Line (ATL) and digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated ATL and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand campaigns across TV, radio, outdoor, print, social media, search, and display channels.
- Manage media planning, budget allocation, and campaign performance optimization.
- Oversee digital marketing activities including paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM, and content strategy.
- Coordinate with creative, PR, sales, and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor brand health, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members to maximize performance.
- Prepare regular campaign reports, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ATL, digital marketing, or brand management roles.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading teams and agencies.
- Strong experience in media planning, campaign management, and budget control.
- Proven track record in digital performance marketing and brand growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
