Data & Reporting Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and competitor products to keep SeaBank’s offerings competitive and aligned with customer needs.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements for the development team.
• Coordinate with business units and technical teams to ensure seamless feature development.
• Monitor the development lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed framework.
• Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process with relevant business stakeholders.
• Conduct regular data quality audits, specifically for personal data and periodic regulatory reporting.
• Implement data masking to protect customer PII and ensure strict access control.
• Manage system issues and customer feedback, ensuring all problems are resolved according to the established SLA.
• Create and execute follow-up plans for any data quality-related incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in IT, specifically as a Product Manager or IT Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of banking business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of general banking IT infrastructure and data management.
• Proficient in SQL (querying and validation), Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, modeling), and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase) to manage and interpret complex datasets.
