We are a fast-growing beauty company with a strong and expanding portfolio of skincare and cosmetic brands. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Affiliate Manager to scale our affiliate ecosystem and drive sustainable revenue through creators, KOLs, and strategic digital partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and scale affiliate programs across major e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other relevant channels
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, KOLs, and content creators
  • Design and execute affiliate strategies and campaigns aligned with commercial and brand objectives
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, GMV, ROI, and cost efficiency
  • Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, KOL, Content, and E-commerce teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
  • Ensure all affiliate content and activities are fully aligned with brand guidelines and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related commercial roles
  • Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, live commerce, and e-commerce ecosystems
  • In-depth knowledge of KOL, influencer, and creator landscapes, particularly within the beauty sector
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
