Key Duties and Responsibilities
The job holder will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, defend and maintain key accounts, to exceed and grow revenue that are assigned and ensure good customer experience. He/ She is also expected to:
- Strategize, plan and execute actions plans to achieve annual Total Contract Value (TCV) and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities for Global Data Centre suite of products within assigned segment(s)
- Develop and build on existing customer relationships
- Follow up on leads assigned.
- Develop benchmark against competitors’ product offering to improve product features, pricing plan and business processes for new and/or existing services to ensure market competitiveness
- Participate in the development of product schemes and policies
- Interface with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and support business cases and budgets
- Preparation and ensure accuracy and timely submission of proposals and solutions to customers
- Support customer audit request and support customer RFP/RFQ requests
- Participate in regional sales projects/activities
- Facilitate post-sale efforts/coordination between customers and project team
- Provide management reporting on sales, marketing and product related matters
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by management
Requirements
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business/Financial/Marketing or in related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide operational recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin
- Able to conduct effective presentations.
- Able to develop comprehensive and concise management reports.
- Willing to work during non-office hours to manage and coordinate major sales or customer related activities.
- Excellent team player in cross-functional environment.
- Must be proactive, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
