Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major; Telecommunications, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
  2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
  3. Proven experience handling international customers, carriers, ISPs, or enterprise accounts.
  4. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  5. Fluent in English (spoken and written) is strongly preferred.
  6. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  7. Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Understanding of telecommunications products such as IP Transit, IPLC, DIA, SD-WAN, or Wholesale Connectivity is an advantage.
  10. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  11. Willing to travel domestically and internationally if required.
  12. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales and revenue targets by managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities with international customers.
  2. Conduct hunting and acquisition of local ISPs and strategic partners as the primary focus.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with global carriers, ISPs, and enterprise customers.
  4. Manage end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract closing, and after-sales support.
  5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
  6. Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues by coordinating with internal departments.
  8. Maintain comprehensive product and industry knowledge, including the latest telecommunications and technology developments.
  9. Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  10. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements.
  11. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and work standards.
  12. Coordinate with technical, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure service delivery and contract fulfillment.
  13. Monitor account performance, customer retention, and payment collection.
  14. Propose and implement sales programs and strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
