Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior / Lead Product Marketing Manager to own and elevate the product narrative, go-to-market strategy, and user understanding for ILMUchat, from foundational positioning to frontier AI capabilities and agentic experiences.
You will operate at multiple altitudes:
- Strategic enough to define product narrative and market direction
- Insight-driven enough to ground decisions in user behavior and feedback
- Hands-on enough to ship launches, messaging, and GTM with excellence
This role is ideal for someone energized by 0→1 AI products, consumer behavior, systems thinking, and shaping how new technology becomes meaningful in people’s daily lives — not just how it’s marketed.
What You’ll Do:
- Shape and drive the product narrative and positioning for ILMUchat, defining how the product is understood across consumer AI experiences and emerging agent capabilities
- Clarify what ILMUchat is, isn’t, and stands for, particularly in comparison to other AI chat products in the market
- Work closely with Product, Design, AI, and Growth teams to ensure product capabilities, user experience, and messaging are aligned
- Lead go-to-market strategy and launches for new features, agents, and major releases — including deciding when something is ready to launch, who it is for, and how it should be introduced (beta, staged rollout, or broad release)
- Develop and own launch messaging across multiple touchpoints including in-product copy, website content, app store listings, and partner materials
- Conduct and synthesize user research, interviews, and beta programs to better understand how users perceive, adopt, and interact with ILMUchat
- Translate insights from product analytics, usage data, and qualitative feedback into clear recommendations for product improvements, messaging adjustments, and GTM strategies
- Help communicate complex AI concepts — including model capabilities, limitations, uncertainty, and agent behavior — in ways that are clear, responsible, and trustworthy for users
- Contribute to prompt strategy and user education, helping users understand how to interact effectively with AI through starter prompts, guidance, and in-product experiences
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent narrative and positioning across all channels, from product surfaces to external communications
What We’re Looking for:
- 6–10+ years in Product Marketing, Growth PM, Product Strategy, or adjacent roles
- Proven ownership of go-to-market for complex, consumer-facing digital or AI products
- Strong narrative and strategic thinking — not execution-only
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and early-stage product environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to influence without authority across product, design, and engineering
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with consumer AI products, platforms, or agentic systems
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompts, conversational UX, or AI product design concept
- Background in education, consumer tech, or platforms at scale
- Experience operating at L4–L5 level in top B2C and technology companies
