JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will lead localized OneFluke product marketing strategies across IG, FPI, FCAL, FNET and FRS to drive revenue growth objectives. The role provides technical and product support to local teams and channel partners, drives end‑to‑end new product launches, ensures regulatory compliance and execute targeted promotional campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional and external stakeholders to expand existing markets, unlock new opportunities and deliver high‑impact localized content that accelerates awareness, demand and conversion.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Drive revenue and market share growth by defining and executing go‑to‑market strategies for key growth industries, NPI and targeted product groups.
- Develop and lead strategic, high‑impact initiatives in partnership with cross-functional Business Units to deliver sustainable local revenue growth and support long‑term business objectives.
- Strengthen competitive positioning and value propositions by aligning product strategies with local market dynamics, competitive landscapes and emerging technologies.
- Develop market, competitive and customer intelligence strategies, including market sizing, demand trends, competitive benchmarking, price‑performance analysis and customer profiling to guide Product Management, Sales and Marketing decisions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Business Units, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure product development and portfolio priorities are aligned with local market needs and growth opportunities.
- Enable sales and channel effectiveness by providing comprehensive technical and product support to drive strong engagement with end users and channel partners.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement tools, including value‑selling playbooks, pricing insights, marketing collateral and competitive positioning materials tailored to local market conditions.
- Maximize product mindshare and execution excellence through targeted promotions, education, training programs and ongoing sales support initiatives.
- Support new initiatives and product launches by leading training and promotional campaigns and contributing to the creation and localization of PR articles and customer case studies for trade and digital media.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and safety standards, managing required certifications to support successful product commercialization.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline. A Business Marketing degree or MBA will be considered a strong advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of professional marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, market analysis, research and creative content development.
- Proven experience or strong domain knowledge in Industrial Channel Marketing, preferably within Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Semiconductor or Data Center industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- High level of agility and adaptability with a proven ability to respond effectively to rapidly changing market conditions and organizational priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and operate effectively within a matrix organizational structure.
