Functional (job responsibilities)
- Propose and lead the execution of campaigns to drive personal loan disbursements and grow loan base and almost monitor campaign expenses tracking
- Identify key business growth areas and continuous process improvements
- Lead partnerships with external fintech partners to increase product acquisition
- Analyze product performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework within which the Bank operates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and expectations
- Overseeing the implementation of regulatory change including internal and external legal and compliance issues
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive product and process improvements and enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit Policy, Analytics, PFS Digital, and Sales channels (Telemarketing, Branches, Direct Sales) to deliver business goals.
- Lead the implementation of campaigns and multiple business initiatives for personal loan. Oversee and manage launch schedule of campaigns, new products and other projects.
- Lead, coordinate and monitor compliance and operational risk assessment with stakeholders
- Support sales channels by developing tactical programs, sales challenges or other activities to boost sales productivity and branch performance.
- Ensure all product materials and processes align with BNM regulations and internal policies
- Embody "HLB Values" by participating in CSR activities and ensuring ethical conduct in all business activities
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, specifically within product management or portfolio management.
- Proven track record in managing financial products, including experience with credit policies and digital acquisition channels.
- Proficiency in performance tracking and data analysis; familiarity with SAS and Data Studio is an advantage.
- Understanding of BNM guidelines and regulations relevant to the product
- Ability to propose and operationalize new business drivers
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to work across different levels of the organization.
