Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 7–10 years of experience in strategic supply chain, S&OP, or technical account management in global environments
- Strong experience in high-tech / semiconductor industry preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to model complex supply-demand scenarios
- Strong ERP (MS Dynamics 365 F&O), Excel, and Power BI skills
- High stakeholder management and influencing capability in international environments
- Strong customer focus, proactive mindset, and willingness to travel (~20%)
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Korean) are a plus

You ensure a resilient, high-performing supply chain for a complex global account by combining strategic planning, customer proximity, and cross-functional leadership. Your key focus is to translate demand signals and technology roadmaps into robust supply chain strategies and scalable execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Customer & Supply Chain Ownership
- Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy for a key global customer
- Act as trusted advisor to customer supply chain leadership
- Drive alignment within the “4-G” team to ensure coherent account, product, quality, and supply chain strategy
- Translate customer requirements into scalable supply chain initiatives in collaboration with internal supply chain partners
- Identify and deliver joint value creation opportunities across the supply network
- Lead mid- to long-term capacity and ramp planning (up- and downscaling) based on customer roadmap and forecasts
- Ensure proactive capacity alignment across the full value chain through regular assessments and S&OP participation
- Manage supply chain readiness for new product introductions and technology transitions
- Identify risks early and ensure mitigation through scenario-based planning
- Lead negotiations of complex supply chain agreements (e.g. consignment, capacity reservations, inventory stocking, liability terms)
- Analyse demand and supply patterns to identify risks, opportunities, and volatility drivers
- Improve forecast accuracy and drive service level excellence
- Define inventory strategies to balance service levels, flexibility, and financial exposure
- Accountable for key KPIs, including OTD >95%, past dues <1%, and forecast accuracy >90%
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage customer supply chain scorecards, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions across global teams
- Act as escalation owner for critical supply chain topics impacting customer or business continuity
- Resolve conflicts between customer requirements and internal capabilities through cross-functional alignment
- Ensure fast, structured decision-making in complex or high-pressure situations
