Senior Product Manager
Indexed description
As Senior Product Manager for MSSP and OEM, you own two of ZeroFox's most strategically important product lines. You own the full lifecycle ownership, from where the market is going and what customers need, to what gets built, when it ships, and whether it lands. You'll be the connective tissue between engineering, sales, customer success, and external partners, ensuring our MSSP and OEM offerings stay ahead of the threat landscape and ahead of the competition.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage a backlog. It's for someone who wants to shape how ZeroFox reaches its next tier of enterprise customers through managed service providers and embedded partnerships.
Role and responsibilities:
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for MSSP and OEM product lines, aligned to ZeroFox's broader external threat protection platform
- Translate market signals, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics into clear, prioritized product requirements
- Partner with engineering to deliver features on time and with the quality our customers expect from a platform protecting Fortune 500 organizations
- Work directly with MSSP partners and OEM customers to understand their operational workflows, integration needs, and business constraints
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market positioning, pricing models, and enablement for the MSSP and OEM channels
- Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, partner revenue, and customer satisfaction) and use them to drive decisions
- Identify gaps in the MSSP and OEM partner experience and build the internal case for investment to close them
- Stay close to the cybersecurity market: threat actor trends, competitor moves, regulatory shifts, and what enterprise security teams are actually buying
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering, business, cybersecurity)
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in the cybersecurity and/or SaaS industry
- Direct experience with MSSP, OEM, or channel partner business models. You understand how managed service providers operate and what they need from a platform
- Strong ability to scope ambiguity and drive decisions without waiting for perfect information
- A track record of shipping products that customers adopt, not just features that get built
- Excellent communication skills. You can translate technical concepts for executives and business context for engineers
- Comfort operating across a complex, fast-moving organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products is a strong plus
- Familiarity with external threat domains: brand protection, threat intelligence, phishing, fraud, or attack surface management is a plus
- Opportunities to learn and contribute your knowledge to our Digital Risk Protection platform
- Competitive compensation
- Competitive PTO
- Complementary health insurance
- Daily catered lunches for in-office work
- Respectful and nourishing work environment, where every opinion is heard and everyone is encouraged to be an active part of the organizational culture
- Regular team bonding activities like cooking and cocktails classes, bingos, virtual happy hour, lunch and learns, etc
- Additional Parental Leave
- Excellent communication: between teams, people, organizations and leaders
