Senior Technical Product Manager

Please note: our company is based in the UK and has Chilean Founders. This job is based in Chile (candidate must be based here), and reports to the team in Chile and the UK.
What are you going to do?
- The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining, prioritising, and driving the product roadmap for our tech platform, working at the intersection of business goals and engineering execution.
- They will translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable the engineering team to deliver with confidence.
- They will collaborate closely with backend, mobile, and infrastructure teams to plan and ship features that improve the reliability, scalability, and experience of our bike rental platform.
- They will gather and synthesise input from stakeholders across the UK and Chile teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
- They will track product metrics, analyse outcomes, and iterate based on data to continuously improve the platform.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years in product management, including at least 2 years on technical/platform products.
- Comfortable reading backend code (Python, Go, Node, or similar), reviewing API designs, and contributing meaningfully to architecture discussions.
- Experience writing detailed product specifications, user stories, and managing a product backlog.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using SQL to drive product decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across distributed teams.
- Fluent in English to communicate effectively with the UK team.
- Experience working in mobility, logistics, or hardware-software integrated products.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana.
- Experience working with mobile applications (iOS/Android) as part of the product scope.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and how they impact product decisions.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience leading or coordinating system or data migrations, including cross-platform or legacy-to-modern transitions.
- AI Fluency. You should be comfortable using LLMs for data exploration and prototype building.
