Customer Account Manager

We are seeking a full-time Customer Account Manager to join our team on-site in Middleton, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer orders, analyzing customer needs, maintaining accurate account records, and communicating updates effectively. You will play a vital role in supporting and growing our diverse customer base.

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Proven Account Management experience, including effectively maintaining customer relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions
• Ability to work on-site in Middleton, MA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
