The Role
You will manage and grow relationships with high-revenue clients (retail, travel, and other sizable businesses), acting as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional seller. Your focus will be on long-term success, performance optimization, and consultative account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and consult high-value clients on Google Ads strategies
- Optimize campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver data-driven insights, recommendations, and long-term strategies
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure strategy execution and results
- Align advertising strategies with each clients business goals
- Advise clients on advanced Google Ads features and best practices
- C2 level German and fluent English
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising
- Strong background in digital marketing and Google Ads
- Experience working with larger clients or high-revenue accounts
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
- Mid–Senior profile with a consultative mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in retail, travel, or enterprise-level clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client-centric and solution-oriented approach
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
- €30,000 gross/year + up to €3,500 bonus
