Responsibilities
- Conducts market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategy.
- Develops and executes short- and long-term tactical sales plans for assigned accounts.
- Drives field sales performance through actionable business plans that deliver customer value.
- Builds and strengthens customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and resolving issues.
- Partners with Marketing to launch new products, programs, and channel-specific promotions to increase market share.
- Develops new customers while expanding revenue through sales and promotional opportunities with existing accounts.
- Manages key account initiatives including projects, product line reviews, and sales expansion opportunities.
- Provides product knowledge training and communicates critical customer and market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 years retail account experience in sales or marketing
- Ability to travel up to 50%
